 Certainly the greatest asset of Minocqua Country Club is its membership. With its rich history and beautiful location, it is easy to see what has attracted the individuals making up the club. Minocqua Country Club boasts members from all over the country and from all walks of life. Many members call the Minocqua area their home for the summer, while some either are regular weekend visitors or live in the area year round. Just as the club strives to be first-class, this, too, describes the members.With such a wonderful golf course, it is no surprise that the club hosts a plethora of events for the members to enjoy. Weekly activities run all season long, such as Women's Day, Men's Day, Couples and Family Golf. In addition to these regular weekly events, the members participate in annual "majors" such as the Member-Member and Invitational tournaments, as well as events to coincide with holidays or other club social events. The tournaments are all flighted so that these friendly competitions can be enjoyed by golfers of all levels. In addition to the organized golf activities, members regularly join together to play. While golf is a major part of the club, many other recreational activities are available. The club features two newly re-surfaced tennis courts which are used frequently throughout the summer, and a complete tennis program is being developed. With its location on Lake Minocqua, there is also a boat dock and a private beach, so members can choose to avoid the streets and enjoy a boat ride to the club for golf or dinner. The club's social committee is a very active part of the club, as is evident by the number of events held each season. From theme parties to organized kayak trips, the committee keeps plenty of activities available for everyone to enjoy.  Of course, no club would be complete without the services of a fine food and beverage operation. Minocqua Country Club is proud of its ability to offer anything from a casual sandwich to an elegant, full course meal. Lunch is served daily in season, as well as dinner most nights and the superb Sunday breakfasts and brunches. Most popular are the Friday night fish-fry and seafood buffets, as well as theme meals tying in with club functions. A full service bar that serves drinks just the way you like them only adds to your dining pleasure.Minocqua Country Club is truly a place to gather with friends and enjoy a variety of activities.
